Excellent stay, quiet neighborhood, comfy beds.

The home was very nice, it had everything we needed and then some! The kitchen was well stocked with the right tools. The bathrooms were plentiful. There was enough space/ hot water for 8 ladies to get ready at the same time, which is definitely saying something!! The living room was a great communal space. We were able to log into the streaming services to watch a movie on one rainy afternoon. The location of the home was pretty central to interesting things, particularly Forsyth Park! There was a broken window that was covered with cardboard- which was a little strange. The toilet paper roll holders fell off every time they were used, maybe they were not correctly installed?I gave the checkin process a low rating because the home was not ready at 4 for check in, the management was still in to process of cleaning until about 4:30.

We truly loved the house, the neighborhood, the city! Everything was great. Our host was fast in answering our questions. We’d give it a higher rating if we could.

Not as described or pictured
Positive: The location is great, as it sits right off of Forsyth Park. Also great that it includes so many bathrooms.
Negative: Number of beds/room arrangements do not match the profile description. 2 of the beds that are listed in the profile are actually trundle beds--the trundle twin mattress is thin and you can feel the boards of the bed through the mattress. The second trundle bed (queen) did not have a mattress when we arrived. Management dropped off a queen air mattress around 9PM so I appreciate their responsiveness but that is not what we paid for. Also, the reference to a pull out couch in the profile description is inaccurate--there is no pull out couch. There is a single air mattress instead. If we knew we'd be having to use air mattresses and sleeping on thin mattresses/trundles, we would have chose somewhere else.
In terms of cleanliness, I'd recommend management find a new cleaning service. When we arrived, there were wet sheets in the washer and towels left in the dryer. The dressers in the bedrooms had hair and trash in the drawers. We also found french fries in the trundle bed.
As other reviewers noted, the bedding and linens could use a significant upgrade. Expect one pillow per sleeping spot and they are very thin. There are no extra pillows/blankets for the air mattresses/trundle beds. Towels are worn and rough and we did not have enough bath towels.
Kitchen is weirdly stocked--it was great that they had so many plates/cups, however, they had 6 forks for the entire place which made it difficult for our group to each a full meal together. The dining room table--which is solid glass--felt unsturdy and shook when trying to cut food on your plate.
The vent above the couch in the living room drips onto you. It is clear that there is a lot of moisture in the house and there is mold on the ceiling above the couch.
