Beautiful home, great location, cross your fingers you won’t need assistance from your host. Positive: The home is stunning and clean. Location is amazing. You’re super close to everything here. The central air doesn’t cool the second floor adequately, so they do include unit air conditioners in each of the upstairs bedrooms. They’re wonderful. You can’t beat not having to worry about parking. Negative: Most importantly, we had an important issue that required the hosts’ assistance. They initially said they’d handle it and get back to us “soon,” but never did. Multiple emails and the creation of an “urgent issue ticket” finally got us a call back, but that took two days and it was a stressful wait. We extended our stay by a night and had to book it through the hosts, which was fine. What was surprising was that the extra night was only about $150 less than the three previous nights combined. The arcade game/foosball table/board games pictured in the listing were removed and replaced with a table and chairs. The hosts sent an email the day before check in to let us know that the unit would not match the pictures in the listing. The bathroom in the master suite didn’t have shampoo/conditioner/body wash, which is only a problem because the listing said it would, so I didn’t pack any. The washing machine had a terrible odor, so we weren’t able to use it.

Large, luxurious and upscale. Positive: Everything. 2 parking spots in a city with some pricey 24 hour garages was worth it. When we entered the property it just kept getting better. The bedrooms are massive. The pictures don't do it justice. I loved how attentive the staff was. I would recommend they state the 2 parking spaces for unit 236B are one car behind the other. Other than that I had a very comfortable stay and convenient location for walking to all sights. Negative: Nothing to dislike

Charming, comfy & close to anything we desired in Savannah. Host David was quick to respond to all inquiries. Having 2 parking spots was a god-send in this town. Highly recommend !
