Beautiful 3Bed Townhome in Historic Downtown Savannah

Great location and beautiful townhouse! Positive: Beautiful house with all desired amenities. Great location in beautiful Savannah! Negative: -

Gorgeous house, probably the nicest place we have ever stayed... comfortable & convenient! Negative: being a little more lax on check-in. We were there at 3:50 p.m. but had to wait until exactly 4:00 p.m. to get in.

The house had everything we needed for a family getaway. We would definitely stay here again! Positive: The property was absolutely beautiful and was in the perfect location to walk to either River street or Forsyth park in minutes. Negative: There was a small issue with the air conditioning on the 3rd floor but the host was able to send maintenance out and set up a temporary fix to keep us comfortable for the rest of our stay. The host kept in contact with us the whole time letting us know updates.

Amazing appointments, tons of extras. Beautiful home! Positive: There is a third party that manages the property and the door entry process uses their app. The instructions on the app were not super clear and after a long day of driving and being tired, having the entire family wait while I tried to get in was frustrating. The issue wasn't that the app didn't work, but rather the instuctions were not clear and the operation is not intuitive. You don't enter the code into the lock keypad, you enter the code into the app and then swipe right to open. Negative: Parking was challenging but that is a Savannah issue and not related to the property

I planned a trip to Savannah to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday, and this home made our stay memorable and comfortable! Positive: I loved the entire setup of the home, along with the location. We could walk to different places, and jot have to worry about parking. The home was clean and organized! Negative: There wasn’t anything to dislike!
