Beautiful 3Bed Townhome in Historic Downtown Savannah

Location- location- location. Walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Positive: Staff was very attentive and responsive. Great location- close enough to most things to walk. Roomy with good sized kitchen and dining area. Negative: Some rooms were dated and needed attention.

Negative: The linens left a lot to be desired. There were not enough wash clothes or hand towels for the four of us to use and the ones we had were threadbare and mismatched. And the kitchen was lacking enough glasses to do anything with. When I first stayed in the property a couple of years ago, the only problem was the icemaker did not work. It was disapppointing to see the lack of care extended to guests staying there. For the money we paid, there still should have been some care given to the possible needs of the guests.

Nice place, poorly managed and theft! Positive: The property was in a great location Negative: My jewellery was stolen from the property and the manager did not care. First didn’t get back to me, when I pressed they said it wasn’t them (within 40 mins) so clearly no investigation was done. The cleaners did not have the property clean on arrival and after an already late check in at 4pm, or group with 3 elderly individuals had to wait for the rooms to be finished (over an hour). The cleaner was still in the house with our luggage. They also did not leave enough towels and the towels and sheets were left wet. We had to put them in the dryer before use. They re-entered the property to drop off more towels without our permission (it was our understanding that they would leave them outside). Between those two unsupervised incidents, my jewellery was taken. This was evident bc the travel case had a zip that was clearly zipped up and all pieces of value were gone. They did not take this incident seriously. It was reported to the Savannah police.
