Downtown Savannah Oasis

There was a lot of dust on bannisters and floors. Living room rug badly needed to be dry cleaned or replaced. Toaster didn’t work. Pictures on listing were not a good representation of what we received, particularly the chairs on the porch (not available to us). Listing says “entire house” when in reality we got the second and third floor. thus we navigated stairs coming and going. Home location is great, walkable to so much of Savannah. Host did give u credit for the lack of cleaning. They were very easy to work with and very understanding. We had no furniture on our upper balcony upon arrival but had some by the end of the next day. — Not having access to the entire home and rocking chairs on the front porch were huge disappointments. The listing needs to be more clear.

This property is wonderfully located in the middle of Savannah. It is a nice walk to Forsyth Park. There is a grocery store just one block away. The owners are upgrading the property so it is quite lovely. The space is huge and the feel is comfortable. The beds were great.

The house was lovely, and the owner responsive and helpful. The location was perfect. Close to so many places to see, grocery store and a lovely coffee shop right on the corner.The house had beautiful porches that we really couldn’t take advantage of due to rain, but would definitely stay there again if we returned to Savannah,

House was exactly as described and pictured. Located in the beautiful historic district very close to the park. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. He was always checking to see how things were going and if we needed anything.

The photos do not do this home justice. It is beautiful, inside and out. Great location, incredibly clean from top to bottom, kitchen has all you need if you want to cook, and the host is easy to work with and unobtrusive.
